Thanks for the purchase and shipment.
Observation:
I observed that the chargers package were removed. The chargers were just packed without the original packaging. I was not pleased with this observation.

Hello... I must commend your customer service/ support which is top notch, including the safety of the goods they always arrive in good condition.
Please work on your charges. Your dollar rates is high and also why charge the cost of 1kg while goods weight 0.60 or 0.70 ? Please help work on that.

Chrisvicmall's customer service is fine. Issues are promptly addressed. Kudos to the management and staff of Chrisvicmall.
However, I suggest you review the shopping cart such that all items on the cart could be accessed and managed at once; even if it is paginated. You might still limit the number of suppliers per procurement request though.
Also, help to keep the links of previously purchased products.
I hope to see these changes effect soon.

Would like a platform where goods can be check on behalf of buyer. The shipping fee is also very high( $9 per kg for 25 kg is too high, it should be less) and the exchange rate for naira is too high. Would also like to know when express shipping is going to come back, we need it ASAP.
