I am rating you guys 3starts bcos of your exchange rate which is done for black market rate 495 which is not encouraging to keep using you guys as a shipping company because at the end of the day the money you guys charge for shipping is 3times the money used to purchase the goods and but the time we calculate the amount spent on good we make not gain at all or even run loose so place kindlynhelp us looking into the exchange rate thank you

Please I placed order for 5 Bp monitor and 2 drone camera from China alibaba now that the product came to me through GIG ur partner agent am seeing only the 5 Bp monitor the two drones are not there I have given them a photocopy of the papers and they confirmed it in their office that it was just the 5 BP monitor that I got..u guys need to do something please it'ssshipping that item for someone...

I love Chrisvicmall. The naira is really bad and so shipping cost is hell for me. I wish it were slashed

Your services are reliable but my issue with Chrisvicmall is that you have refused to open a branch office in Abuja Nigeria where some of your users outside Lagos are based can get their parcel shipped directly to Abuja because after paying for shipping to Nigeria I will still have to pay another money to ship my parcel to Abuja again, that's payment of double shipping fee which is not really funny in this time that we are in presently.
Please consider us based outside Lagos and do something about it.
