The shipping fee we pay here in Ghana is too much.
And also the rate at which the dollar is sold too.
Why is it that when shipping to Ghana there's only one method, but different types when shipping to Nigeria.
We also need a office of yours in Takoradi-Ghana.

My first time with Chrisvicmall was of mixed feeling. In terms of arrangements for purchase and receipt of packages for shipment, the service is excellent. However, shipping of package to Nigeria is poor. First my item were not well packaged all were cellotaped together making everything clumsy. The shipping to Nigeria delayed especially when package earlier booked on 14 Nov for shipping came after the one booked on 17 Nov through normal shipping. Also, a package meant for domestic shipping should not take more than 2 day after payment not 4 to 5 days. Hope this can be looked into.

Please gigs logistics have a branch in nsukka in Enugu state but it is not in the list of terminals when you want to choose local delivery terminals in Enugu state. Please can it be included
