I withdraw via BTC going to 1 month now I have not received the money in my wallet. When I chat your support they keep telling wait for 24-48 hrs more than 4 times now nothing. Worst service ever :(

..... Your shipping fees are expensive... I mean I saw 480 exchange rate, only for me to recharge and see it was 500 rate.

Excellent shipping and procurement service.
I know my goods and money is safe with Chrisvicmall
One aspect I would like you to improve on is communication.
Please communicate well with your customers.
I dont have to come to the chrisvicmall website before I know that there will be a change in shipping rate or shipping duration. You could have just sent a mail to all your customers saying this.
