Someone don't understand your site again. You have chrisvicmall.com and Christina.ng which is confusing people

I can't top up my account as usual again. No bank account to pay through only Opay account which I don't know how to go about it.

I've been contacting customer service but they keep telling me same story of rectification but nothing has been done.

It's been a nice ride with u, though I've been experiencing difficulties accessing my wallet, can't pay into my wallet, no item reflecting in my shipping checkout even though they have arrived at the warehouse, also can't place order for the items in my cart. Pls assist

For months now,your exchange rate has permanently been N500 without changing. Black market rate is 480 and other logistics companies are charging 480 while you are still charging N500 which is on the high side.Secondly, your .com website should be worked on urgently because it's preferable and better than .org. Please all this should be looked into and worked on urgently to avoid loss of customers because there are other logistics company competing.
