Why would you increase your delivery time to 30 days? The HK shipping method is not efficient as an item gets a longer time before it reaches its destination. I believe you can do better in this regard.
Also, your shipping fee is high, a downward review would make a lot of sense and attract more patronage.

With this development Chrisvicmall is fast becoming less attractive:
1 , over 30days for delivery to Nigeria
2, non responding customer service agents
3, no update on shipment status

Everything was going just fine , until this festive period, the estimated date Arrival is wayyy to Long, please I will encourage you work on that part please

I paid for shipping and it was shipped since 29th of October 2020. Uptill now I have not received my goods. Why all the lies about 3 weeks...Today is 2nd of December 2020 and I am yet to receive my goods.. Gosh! This is the height of irresponsibility...

Personally I haven't experienced any set backs.
I have peers who has gone through hell getting goods they've paid for delivered. Some get to wait for months before their goods get to them for a reason I know nothing of. Some of which haven't received their goods that was shipped since October this should be looked into. If this issue isn't sorted out, I'm afraid you'll experience a drastic withdrawal of customers from your company
