It's cool, but once you place your order, you're unable to see the item list again, neither do they arrive with invoices for total cost estimation.

Why does withdrawing takes too long ? It takes let’s than 30 min to deposit money into chrisvic account but takes more than 17 days to withdraw funds from my account. This is extremely poor improve your withdrawal system. At most 5 working days from withdrawal date and not 17 days. What if I needed the money for an emergency I will have to wait almost a month to withdraw my own money. It’s totally not acceptable and unfair. Improve this.

There was too much delay,
1 quantity of my packages with Ref Id: 5TSN was missing. I met five quantities instead of 6

Express shipping to Ghana takes too long considering that's the only option available. It is extra expensive and therefore should take a shorter period of time to arrive.

Ghana office service is poor.
Got there at exactly 2 minutes past 5pm and the workers were already outside with the office closed. That’s bad attitude. They couldn’t attend to me even though I drove all the way from another region. I’m very disappointed. No serious business shuts the gates of their office at exactly closing time.

There International shipping is okay but there local delivery is slow and there customer service is great

Services are good but shipping prices to Ghana is very outrageous as compared to other shipping companies. Delivery time too takes long after this outrageous shipping prices per kilo.

The payment is fast. Goods packed and shipped should still be in the shipped item section for verification of the items coming in because some items are missing and their no means of verification because it has disappeared and no means of checking again.
