The item delayed more than it's stipulated time of delivery. I think next time the exact time of reaching it's destination should be there rather than waiting for over two weeks before getting your items.

I shipped a product that weighs 0.65 kilos but was charged for 1kilo. if you're going to approximate at least approximate to 0.7

I have known this company since the year 2014, but I never cared to patronize them until year 2020.
