Your exchange rates are too high. Your arrival time for normal shipping is not favorable to us especially the time it takes to move from Nigeria to Ghana. Your rate of processing items is second to none

I love all the services but i will give you guys three star, Because when you ask for withdrawal it keep so long and till now i've still not gotten my money. They only sent me a withdrawal code twice and its a different code all together

My watches had to pass through Nigeria before receiving it in Ghana. I had to be calling each and everyday to find out if my goods has arrived in Ghana. My shipping was express which was supposed to have taken 10days but took more than 21days.
I blame the agent in Nigeria because i had a notification that the parcel have arrived which is within 7days of shipping from china. But it took the agent in Nigeria more than 10days to forward my parcel to Ghana. I wish management can could do something about this. Thank you.

Chrisvicmall is very good But I had to quit cause of their shipping fee it’s toooooo expensive....

I am giving you four stars not because your service is not okay but simply because customer relations isn't there. The live chat is useless because no one will respond to you.
Aside the above your service is Excellent.

Although Chrisvicmall is helping us the weight of the items are killing our businesses. Changes to the instant mode of payment through Mobile Money is not the best and needs constant attention now. Aside that sending default items all the way from China to Ghana is not the best.
