Your services is sometimes poor
I have encountered several issue of account
Because i was asked to make a payment of 7 dollars of shipping and i did it perfectly and when the parcels arrived am still owning the same amount with an extra money why could this happened

Very bad experience... Been waiting to get my order from Lagos to Port Harcourt and it's taking forever with those involved posting me every day that I contact them,not minding the damages which their delays must have caused for me........

Your response time, and delivery time is good but the way you inflate the prices of goods, approximate incorrectly to CVM advantage and also add extra kg to the total weight of goods is not good at all for business especially a start up.
Almost everyone in my group in Nigeria had this experience and it is not profitable for us.
I was not happy with my first order using can.
Please revert back to the old days of transparency and stop reducing importers profits.
