It is good to use your platform, and i can recommend to friends and all but the issues i encounter was with the local shipping, i requested local shiping for my goods from lagos to ibadan and it took two days to process and another 3-5days to process my request. It really discouraged me because i taught it should be easier and quicker.since its lagos to Ibadan.

Your service is good but the shipping fee is too high and it's affecting we the customers, so many people wishes to use chrisvicmall but due to the shipping fee they decided to use another logistics, please kindly look into this. It's really affecting us badly.

I bought clothes from 1688 to my surprise I received a dress that I spent alot of money buying torn. That is really bad from chrisvicmall you people are suppose to help us inspect the items we buy through you it's really not fair how do I sell them ? Also alot of inferior quality clothes when you notice why not contact the customer if he want the goods returned instead making us incur so much loss . It's poor for business.

Hello, CVM is my best shipping company before although your charges are high but I love CVM because of reliability. But lately, CVM is not reliable anymore, Before if my order is processed, it always arrive at your shipping company on or before 4 days and shipping of goods always delivered days before estimated date.
