Your service is too slow, and the cost of your shipping is too high , you need to improve in your way of tracking good of customers like day to day update on where customers goods are. I don't like your service but ur customer service agent try that is why you even get 3 Star

Very bad customer service. Your official lines are of no use because your customer service agents don't pick calls. It just keeps ringing with no response and it's very annoying. You also don't reply chats on your website. Your customer service is zero. PICK YOUR CALLS ALWAYS.

I really like your services but I have little complaints about it. Starting with the fact that my packages are not shipped or transported to my address and that usually cost me huge amount of money and loss of profits. Please kindly do something about it. And my I was debited for two goods which I received only one out of the two. The REF ID is XJ9994. Thank you!
