Chrisvicmall has been the most convenient for me since 2019..but I am not have that other shipping company rate reduced. But Chrisvicmall is still higher in this pandemic.... Why.. I know you are trying but please still come down

Your service is great I would have given you guys 5 stars because you are the best so far but I put 3 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement.
Work on you swift response and mail updates as that is very necessary.
Sometimes my goods get shipped but I receive my mail a few days later. Also make it easier for us to be able to contact you.
