So far, my experience using Chrisvicmall has been very good. No issues at all. But please, try to also notify the arrival of 1688 orders to your china office,via dash board notification update, or telegram and email.

Your service is good but your Exchange rate is always higher than others, and also little delay in arrival of goods.

My experience has been great so far although your services are costly compared to other people out there????,
Lately I stopped receiving notifications on my dashboard and even the bot don't work sometimes.
Now my stuff that I shipped since 22nd June and is supposed to arrive on the 7th of June has not arrived up till today????. Please review your services and fix the bugs in your site cos it's really not cool.

Please your WhatsApp response rate should be improved. Moreso domestic shipping within Nigeria is not encouraging. I'm giving you 4star for your services in China. I'm really satisfied.

I didn't give you 5star because the shipping fees is very high especially shipping to Ghana. And then your cedi to Dollar as at now is 6-1 respectively but checking on Morningstar UTC it's 5.82 cedis to 1dollar. Please make the services affordable to us. You should also work on returning goods on customers behalf, if the customer does not need it any longer or where did miscalculation and can pay for shipping fee because we pay for service charges. When you do these reviews I will personally introduce many people into chrisvicmall
