Customer service should be worked on, it needs improvement. Shipping fees and exchange rate need to be reduced, shipping fee is too high right now especially because of the exchange rate.

Experience so far has been fair, my suggestion make it possible to shop from other sites aside 1688 like aliexpress also sometimes it feels like the stuff crashed your page I mean and one can't communicate please work more on your IT DEPARTMENT lastly stop approximating the shipping quantity some of us calculate every penny as it is a business we are running aside that your customer service has been great especially with Tosin who answers me very well thank you
