The customer service communication is becoming poor and the increase of dollar rate is becoming too rampant and too . High. No consistency. And I'm beginning to feel threatened by the services.

Would have given a 5star if they had sea freight.....hoping the consider this, because other shipping agents are springing up daily, chrisvic has to meet up with trend

Your services are bad very bad , someone can't communicate with the customer Care , my parcel arrived but I can't even reach the customer Care Care there are always busy doing nothing, there keep charging you Money for what you don't have any idea about ... The numbers for customer Care service always switched off like which company dies that .. This is really bad try and improve cause you chase customers away with this bad service ..

You people are really stressing Me out.. every time I will have issue with incomplete parcel .. I will make a complain and at the end it’s won’t get to anywhere. You people won’t refund my money and I won’t also get my item too.. I am making loss everyday.. we buy and sell the items here in Ghana but due to your poor response to my incomplete items, I always make loss when I shop items
