I love your service, but at least let's have china social media handle.
Most time calling them from Nigeria does not connect. I think social media will be fast.

Worst experience I have had in my life... My money was deducted twice without being funded through instant pay funding.
The support team offers no help at all.. They just keep saying we are sorry, contact opay..

I have lost a lot of money in your platform and to me, it's the worst logistics company I have come across.. You don't deserve a single star from me

Service and staff are amazing. I've been using chrisvic for about 2 years and my experience has been great. Just the new page update now isn't so encouraging to surf ur site anymore. I'd prefer the previous whereby once anyone upload any page it shows for others to see and also order directly. I've missed that.

It's nice doing business with you but some times u get me offended cos ur customer service are not really encouraging n ur shipping charges are something else
U guy just need to do something about it cos many complaining bitterly about it
