They don't consider the customers exact description/preference of the items they expect before buying.

Most times the chat icon don't appear on the website
Sometimes online agent neglects you during chats
The pick up offices don't respond to calls promptly

First time using you one of my item got missing, and the packing cartoon for the other product was packed. Maybe you are trying to reduce weight but it makes the product hard to sell without the cartoon.

Nice service and patience but I don't like how they give directions to their camp.
