It seems chrisvicmall now have thieves in their midst! Am i the only person experiencing missing items? from the last two shipment received,i have had missing items and nothing has been done about it

Still feels like a dream or maybe cos this was just my trial so my order was small.
The entire process was seamless.The chat people were always available,prompt answers were given,emails were responded in less than 24hours,account credited within 24hours too.
I spent less than 5 minutes at the collection center after my parcel arrived.
My only issue is that my item weighed 0.5kg from the supplier and when i received it but i was charged for 1kg.
That made me feel cheated.
