Good manage of business, but you don't like to stick to time concerning shipping of goods and your shipping fees are too cost both international and local.

Your customer relationship is very poor, please train your call centre staff on the manarism and etiquette when using phone for business purposes . Especially your Lagos office staff. Thank you.

Your customer care is clueless as to when goods are to arrive after about 2 weeks plus delay.am highly disappointed at your service.The delay is just too long and annoying.My parcel was shipped on the 11/12/18 via express shipping to arrive 16/12/18 up till now it hasn't gotten to your office.You guys are cheat!

Your customer care service is poor,I call several times before i am being attended to.Also you need to improve your local delivery service.There is delay in your local delivery service
