There was a little delay but their services were OK. I'm gonna use them again. Please try to work on your service fee as its quite high

CVM is a very nice shipping company but my issue with them is that they are too expensive.

They should be able to tell us the size of the items we are buying. Most times the pictures of the items we see look so big and beautiful but in reality they are of low quality and very small.

Had a very nice experience, response was prompt except when my order arrived Nigeria that the service was very poor. I suggest that for the purpose of customers not residing in Lagos, let the system be automated too or employ more effective, efficient and trustworthy people at the collection office in Lagos.

Lovely and wonderful logistic company .. Really enjoying your services ... But please try not to always round up to whole KG anymore ... Have a means of making it the same KG from our supplier. The rounding up to whole number kg is not encouraging. Thanks ... Chrisvicmall is the best for me

First time after using this services for over 3months one of my item is missing. Chatted d customer care agent but no response. How will I get the missing item and how long will it take cos the customer is already expecting a positive response from me. Thanks

Extremely poor, ur words are not true , customer service bad. i paid for local delivery to Abuja since on monday and uptill now have not gotten my items after they have delayed the goods already
