as a first timer my experience on my first transaction with lagos office was not pleasant at all.
as 2 units of item VY8945 was completely miss out from my parcel when it was waybill to my location
i never thought of this negative experience

The charges of chrisvicmall are so outrageous compared to other shipping companies. Express shipping for other companies are less than $8.
Also, I see no reason for the delivery fee when the shipping is too high and a 5% fee is already charged for sourcing. Please review or you might be loosing customers instead of gaining more.

Just work on the speedily crediting of a particular account after filling up the payment notifocation form, highest time atleast 30mins to 1hour

Chrisvic Mall is awesome and reliable. The ease with which you can track your shipping is quite remarkable. Aside one rude lady in the Ghana office who consistently speaks rudely on phone and does not call back as she promises, all else seems fine by me.
**Package weights are often not right. They are estimated up by a high margin.
Suggestion: When packages arrive in Ghana, please do well to call your customers on phone as well to notify them. Telegram notification may not always be enough.
But on the whole, you guys do great. Kudos!
