So far, my experience with Chrisvicmall has been without a hitch; from the purchasing to shipping, all has been smooth. The only problem I have is the high shipping fees. Most times, the shipping fees are way higher than the total cost of the goods. It would be much appreciated if the shipping cost can be reduced. Nevertheless, thanks for the good service.

Thank you for the services render, I am disappointed due to the following reasons
1) I was over charged for shipping for my goods by a sum of $4.00
2) You don't respond to calls made to your office numbers on weekends, especially on Saturdays
3.) You don't put your Working hours on your website

I ordered for three pieces of bag and I only received one and you people have refused to refund my money and your customer representative keep ending my chats with them.......everyone is compls6about your services on the group chat belong....

I love Chrisvicmall. And the response team. They are doing a great job. Good service, and I will really love also if you guys can be snapping or taking photos of the products that arrive in your China office and send it to the customer. It will be move nice. And also the issue of shipping, it too cost. Please send a way of bringing it down. The shipping can chased away customer. But good service all through.

Services are very good but charges for shipping is to high.
Please review this idea of redirecting clients who want to add items to the cart to a new page where they will enter the same information they'd already entered before their orders are saved, it's time n data consuming, but I'll give you guys a 5.

The processes and procedure of Chrisvicmall are very easy to follow. Am new to importation(Mini-Importation) but my order was procured from China and delivered to my state of resident for collection. The date was more precise and the transaction was smoothly done. Thanks to Chrisvicmall the avenue for beginners like me.
