The service is nice, just that there should be branches in other states instead of it just being Lagos, cost of way billing to other state are too Cumbersome

It has been fantastic so far eventhough there was a period of downtime with one of my shipments which cannot nullify the credibility CVM.

Chrisvicmall services are good but need to be improved, if even your order reach the office for pickup and you want it to send to you because you are in other region, you will call and will be told that u would be attended to but it will take quite a long time b4 until you call back again please improve it, and also have to open some pickup location in kumasi to also make work smooth and convenient, thank you

Chrisvicmall's staffs on live chat are very good compared to some staffs that work in Ghana. Some are so rude and do not know how to talk to customers. I'll also plead with you to reduce the weight tag price. If these are done I think chrisvicmall will be the best of all. Thank you

Your services are OK but need for improvement,d acrtons my goods came in with were mostly soaked and it affected some of my goods,den bad customer care service at ur lagos office,high rate of cargo shipping rwduces our profit margin greatly, then d company should work on having other pick up outlet in lagos aside ikeja, atleast lagos island,tradefair,Alaba international these are market areas then u think of other parts of the country.....Udo
