Customer care and quick response to customer was awesome. I got my order delivered to me. CVM should try to make use of other for those of us in Akoko-Edo, Edo State. I had to travel all the way from Ososo to Auchi to claim my order. I would recommend anyone who need their services to give it a try. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE THOUGH. No regrets. Cheers

Great and reliable shipping company. But poor customer service at the Ghana office. With the exception of the girl, they talk not in a polite manner to customers. The shipping fee is also expensive which made me incur a huge loss.

Excellent service rendered, everything is so fast including shipping. But I will like u people to reduce the shipping fees. It's too expensive.
