There is too much delays in shipping and the shipping is too expensive. The should be a reduction in the shipping cost.

The company is extremely organized. They are prompt. But shipping fee is high especially for items weighing 5kg or less.please do well to work on that and the sky will be the company's limit.

Your services are very poor because since October 2019 I ordered for goods and they are still not in. Why should that be the case?

1. Please Be Prompt To Respond To Your Customers.
2. Make Deposits/Credits On Time,
3. Respond To Enquiries .
4. Check Customer Order Requirements (Sizes, Color etc..) Before Shipment.
5. Delivery/Shipping: Express Looks Like Normal,I Got 13th Shipped And Not The Earlier 6th.
6. Adhere To Your Moto “Your Trusted Agent”, Please Give Clarity..
7. Customer Service Response: Online Help Desk, Local Is Unwelcoming , Sorry, But My Experience.
