Your calculations now adays is bad, I order for something that the kg is not up to 1kg , you said I should pay for 11.12kg, and the goods is very very light, this evening now the shoe I have order for before, 8 pieces you said total is $1,211.36 just for 8pairs of flat shoe

My goods got to Nigeria on 14th January, but it has not gotten to Ghana as at now, you people are using the border as an excuse, I don't know why,bad services, I have still not received my items

They are reliable to they charge on every single transaction carried out on their platform. Plus the cost of shipping per kg is ridiculously expensive.

Your company need a better and faster way of updating payment made through transfer to your account, delay from this side is really causing headache for me. Please look into this.

I am really enjoying their services but I will also like the company to also try to introduce these following
1. Were you can merge your goods you want to ship from China to Nigeria. For example: You will not be allowed to merge the shipping of the goods they bought for you and the ones you bought yourself for shipping in the platform of checking out as one. For that reason customers tend to spend more on the same kgs.
2. The should also introduce valid track of your goods and not the type in their dashboard.
3. They should also introduce picture searching of items.
