I’m tired of their problem, thought I was the only one facing their long delay issues. Goods were supposed to reach my side on 21/12/2018, today is 03/01/2019. It’s still nowhere to be found, no update about pickup yet.

Upon arrival of this shipment I was not contacted to pick it up until I made enquiry and was directed to pick it up at the park in awka of which I was asked to lay demorage when I wasn't contacted. Please do well to keep customers informed when shipment has arrived final destination for collection.

I am satisfied with your delivery.
May I add if delivery time can be reduced. although my goods came at your stated time
however you know in Africa drop shipping isn't possible.
New eCommerce stores relies on their capital outlay which in my opinion is quite expensive for a starter.
If delivery time is reduced especially for the normal shipping it would help starters big time.
