You guys are really doing a great job but I will suggest you keep your customers updated especially when his/her parcel is delayed and also I will also suggest if you could take pictures and measurement of the products that you buy for us because most of us have no idea what's we bought till it gets to us please do something about it for us

Very terrible. I have a missing item and they did not work with me to get the item. I have lost good money I used in the purchase. Policy is very insensitive to clients who give the company revenue. Know that without clients there is no chrisvicmall. Thanks

Very fast and efficient. Chrisvicmall has really contributed in the ease of doing importation business.
I want to suggest Chrisvicmal have an office in Abuja. Its not easy paying extra and waiting for days to get our goods here in Abuja.

I like your system setup and the fact that you guys are always upgrading it, but the shipping fee is high and the fact that you don't deliver outside of Lagos is a problem to me. Then,if pictures can show after purchase instead of codes,it will be nice. Thanks
