My experience with a customer care agent was very unpleasant. Customers should at least be aware of where there goods are and should be updated regularly.

If there was -0 star on chrisvicmall service rating ,I would have chosen that. I have a package for more than 3weeks for you just to send to another shipping agent within China,till this moment,I am yet to hear from them. My withdrawn fund that is heading towards 3weeks is yet to be sent to my account.

Doing business with chrisvic has been good so far with little or no complain. Aside from your shipping rate which is and has always been on the high side, you guys are actually the best. Very reliable but Pls do something about the shipping rates. Thank you
