Update: Processing of orders and shipping are now open although there might be a little delay
Our order processing and shipping starts from Monday 24th February 2020. However, the ability to process your order depends on the supplier’s ability to ship the product or not. For customers purchasing from 1688.com, Taobao.com, and jd.com, we can only process your order if the supplier assures us that your parcel will be delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
In a situation whereby the supplier cannot guarantee the delivery of the item within the specified time, we will cancel the order to avoid delay. Note that an order cannot be canceled.
For customers purchasing from Alibaba.com, aliexpress.com, dhgate.com, or wants to pay a supplier, please contact the supplier first and make sure he/she can deliver. Get the supplier phone number, the amount you want us to pay him/her. Please include this information when placing your order otherwise your order will be canceled.
Due to the current situation in China, our shipping from China to Nigeria, Ghana, or any other part of the world might not be regular. Besides, there might be a little delay due to limited available flights.
